Power Suits in Califtonia

My dear friends, Judy Gula, at Artistic Arifacts in Alexandria; and quilt artist and teacher, Cyndi Souder, of Moonlighting Quilts; have taken their inspired art quilt challenge, Power Suits, to the Road to California Quilt Show.  How wonderful for them that the exhibit has been so well received.  Many of my friend have quilts in the show and some of them have even been published in quilting magazines.   Which, of course, leads to my shortcomings!  I never finished my Power Suit challenge and have been missing out on all the fun with the exhibit.  Well, a new year, and a new resolution!  I am currently participating in a guild challenge for our 40th anniversary.  I am not an art quilter, but I will show you my results of my interpretation of "Pop That Thang" a Billboards top hit for 1973!  Do you remember it...
